What I've been up too

You can take a wee peak over here: www.smitfamilynz.blogspot.com if you want to have a nosy at the preserving I've been up too ... so far we have plum chutney, plum jam, apricot jam (should have done more of that) and plain pears done.  Now i'm all out of jars, so need an op-shop trawl to find some more ...
